Latest interaction with this business started pretty rocky, poor reflection on Culligan brand. Purchased softener system from this business 20 years ago, reliable service until recent call to have latest round of periodic maintenance. “We’ll call back, get you on the schedule.” Months go by…no such call. Follow up—same story, no call back. Call for third time, get answering service…”we’ll relay the message.” More time goes by…still no call back.Moving on to a new provider, new system.UPDATE: General Manager (Homer) engages as a result of this feedback post…owns the issue, makes things right…and quickly so. Techs Brian and Hurley team to address our system issues. Result—new system professionally installed, in fast fashion…and we are very happy with the greatly improved response, communication, install, product.
