Purchased my RO system from them and have had it for 18 yrs. The personnel are always courteous and helpful. They know their products even if it is old. They never tried to upsell me anything. My system is working great after a service call. My only knock is the price of the filter. I would not trade the system and service that I received from them and the system. Great tasting water after all these years. I highly recommend Culligan of New Braunfels.

I was asked to comment on Culligan's products and services. Products: the way it makes my water feel when I take a shower, and the way it tastes. Services: the timely and courteous delivery of my salt as scheduled. I was also asked to comment on any telephone contact. I had forgotten that I called about the filter for my kitchen drinking water. I mentioned that the filters has not been changed in 4 years. A technician was dispatched the next day, and arrived early. He tested the water and determined which filters needed to be changed. (Thankfully not the more expensive ones!). Appreciated the timely response.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Culligan of Seguin-New Braunfels. Specifically, starting from Jennifer who got me the details I needed, to scheduling Matt who came out and tested my water and determined what I needed to prepare for my installation - I loved the pricing options available and definitely appreciated the flexibility to be able to decide what's best for me. And it didn't stop there. I had the privilege to meet the awesome installation tech Hurley who was beyond accommodating to this "new to Texas" customer, who had zero clues about the effects of the TX water on my skin. He helped me fully understand my system, what it can do, and also if anything goes wonky on it. He took the time to also give me tips and tricks ensuring that I feel comfortable at all times with the system and know what to do in case of anything crazy like power outages, etc. Beyond his professionalism, he was super kind, genuine, and listened very well while being mindful to really understand my questions and provide solutions. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for A+++ service. Super grateful that I now have softened water and clean drinking water to boot. An awesome Texas welcome, indeed!!! 🙂

I love the convenience and efficiency of Culligan of Seguin. The products work great. The reps are friendly and professional. And they come when they say they are coming.

Latest interaction with this business started pretty rocky, poor reflection on Culligan brand. Purchased softener system from this business 20 years ago, reliable service until recent call to have latest round of periodic maintenance. “We’ll call back, get you on the schedule.” Months go by…no such call. Follow up—same story, no call back. Call for third time, get answering service…”we’ll relay the message.” More time goes by…still no call back.Moving on to a new provider, new system.UPDATE: General Manager (Homer) engages as a result of this feedback post…owns the issue, makes things right…and quickly so. Techs Brian and Hurley team to address our system issues. Result—new system professionally installed, in fast fashion…and we are very happy with the greatly improved response, communication, install, product.

We've been Culligan customers going on 30 years and have been absolutely 100% satisfied since day one. Our water quality lately has been changing constantly because of all the new home & road construction in our area. We called Culligan of Seguin & they sent Jason Olmos out to assist. Jason ran an full analysis of our soft water & the hard water coming in. He immediately figured out that the resin beads in our tank was nearly depleted & needed to be replaced. Jason needed to take our tank back to the shop to do the replacement which was going to take 2 days. Nope, Jason knew we needed it back sooner & he worked hard to bring it back the very next day. Professional, respectful, patient, explained everything fully, funny, genuinely cared about making the customer happy & satisfied. We're moving and building a new home soon & Culligan will definitely be supplying our new water softener. The customer service was so great that we will never forget how well we were treated.
