Always great. System is over 10 years old and resin needed to be replaced. Had to take tank to the shop...quickly repaired tank and returned to service. Called ahead and on time.

I was equally impressed with the technician. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem accurately, explained it clearly, and fixed it promptly. Purchased my RO system from them and have had it for 18 yrs. The personnel are always courteous and helpful. They know their products even if it is old. They never tried to upsell me anything. My system is working great after a service call. My only knock is the price of the filter. I would not trade the system and service that I received from them and the system.
