Services: the timely and courteous delivery of my salt as scheduled. I was also asked to comment on any telephone contact. I had forgotten that I called about the filter for my kitchen drinking water. I mentioned that the filters has not been changed in 4 years. A technician was dispatched the next day, and arrived early. He tested the water and determined which filters needed to be changed. (Thankfully not the more expensive ones!).
