Follow up—same story, no call back. Call for third time, get answering service…”we’ll relay the message.” More time goes by…still no call back.Moving on to a new provider, new system.UPDATE: General Manager (Homer) engages as a result of this feedback post…owns the issue, makes things right…and quickly so.
