I was impressed with the customer service over the phone because the person I spoke with went out of her way to coordinate my service call with my limited availability. I was equally impressed with the technician. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem accurately, explained it clearly, and fixed it promptly. He also answered all my questions and gave me a lot of helpful information.

I love the convenience and efficiency of Culligan of Seguin. The products work great. The reps are friendly and professional. And they come when they say they are coming.

Always helpful whether it’s on the phone or in person. Love how the water feels and tastes. I use less laundry detergent also.

Always great. System is over 10 years old and resin needed to be replaced. Had to take tank to the shop...quickly repaired tank and returned to service. Called ahead and on time.

Purchased my RO system from them and have had it for 18 yrs. The personnel are always courteous and helpful. They know their products even if it is old. They never tried to upsell me anything. My system is working great after a service call. My only knock is the price of the filter. I would not trade the system and service that I received from them and the system. I was asked to comment on Culligan's products and services. Products: the way it makes my water feel when I take a shower, and the way it tastes. Services: the timely and courteous delivery of my salt as scheduled. I was also asked to comment on any telephone contact. I had forgotten that I called about the filter for my kitchen drinking water. I mentioned that the filters has not been changed in 4 years. A technician was dispatched the next day, and arrived early. He tested the water and determined which filters needed to be changed. (Thankfully not the more expensive ones!). Appreciated the timely response.
